1. Overview

Computer Bucket accepts return, exchange, repair, or refund requests when required by law and when the issue is verified, such as defective products, wrong items, missing items, or products that are materially different from the confirmed order.

2. Eligible Return or Exchange Cases

  • The item has a verified factory defect or hidden defect.
  • The item delivered is not the item confirmed in the order.
  • The item is missing essential included accessories, parts, or documentation.
  • The product is materially different from the published listing or confirmed quotation.
  • The issue is reported within a reasonable time after receiving the item, with proof of purchase and supporting photos or videos where applicable.

3. Cases Usually Not Eligible

The following are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by law or covered by a specific written warranty:

  • Change of mind, wrong preference, or no longer needing the item.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, liquid damage, power surge, unauthorized repair, or accidental damage after receipt.
  • Items sold as clearance, as-is, preowned, open-box, or with disclosed condition issues, except for undisclosed defects or legally required remedies.
  • Missing packaging, accessories, serial labels, warranty stickers, or tampered items where verification is no longer possible.
  • Software, licenses, digital products, services, or consumables once activated, installed, opened, or used, unless defective or not as described.

4. Inspection and Verification

All return or exchange requests are subject to inspection. Computer Bucket may request the item, receipt/order number, serial number, photos, videos, and other reasonable proof to verify the issue. Inspection does not automatically mean approval.

5. Available Remedies

Depending on the verified issue and product condition, Computer Bucket may offer repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit where appropriate. The remedy may depend on stock availability, supplier or manufacturer warranty rules, payment method, and applicable law.

6. Refunds by Payment Method

  • Cash payments: approved refunds may be released as cash, bank transfer, GCash, or another mutually agreed method after verification.
  • Credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, and online payments: approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment channel or processor, subject to processor timelines and fees.
  • BillEase, Home Credit, Skyro, SPayLater, GGives, and similar installment providers: cancellation, refund, reversal, downpayment handling, interest, fees, loan closure, and account adjustments are subject to the financing provider’s approval, rules, and processing timeline. Computer Bucket can coordinate the merchant-side request, but cannot independently cancel or modify the customer’s financing contract.
  • Partial refunds may apply when only part of an order is affected, where allowed by the payment provider and the situation.

7. Shipping, Pickup, and Return Costs

For verified wrong-item or defective-item cases, Computer Bucket will coordinate the practical return or exchange process. If the item is returned for a non-defect reason that Computer Bucket agrees to accommodate, the customer may be responsible for shipping, handling, payment processing, or other costs already incurred.

8. Warranty Support

Many electronics are covered by supplier, distributor, or manufacturer warranty terms. Warranty support may require the original receipt, serial number, warranty card, complete accessories, and inspection by the authorized service center. Warranty processing timelines vary by brand and service provider.

9. How to Request Support

  • Prepare your order number, receipt, item code, serial number, and branch or delivery details.
  • Take clear photos or videos showing the issue, packaging, and included accessories.
  • Contact Computer Bucket as soon as possible through our official support channels.
  • Wait for verification instructions before shipping or returning an item to avoid delays.

10. Important Notes

  • This policy does not remove any rights customers may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
  • Computer Bucket does not apply a blanket no return, no exchange rule to defective or non-conforming products.
  • Accommodation for non-defect cases is discretionary and may be subject to product condition, payment method, supplier rules, and costs already incurred.
  • Final handling may vary for branch pickup, nationwide delivery, marketplace-style payment channels, and installment-financed purchases.
